To provide you with the best possible support, all our
equipment is maintained in good condition regardless
of age or model.
Hire Period. One day minimum.
Hire Rates.
- All hire rates quoted are per day.
- For periods of hire between 4 to 7 days a weekly rate
(equivalent to 4 times the daily rate) is charged. All
published prices exclude V.A.T.
- We can quote special rates for several items or for
long-term hire.
- Minimum hire charge = £10. Cancellation fee £15 or
30% of hire charge (whichever is greater).
Discount. Ask about discounts, subject to payment
terms and period of hire.
Insurance The customer is responsible for the
insurance and safe return of all items.
Payment. We accept most major cards and cash.
Deposit We require a 20% deposit on issue of
equipment. Non-account new customers will be
required to leave a £250 deposit on a credit card, which
is refundable after equipment is returned to us. Damage
costs will be deducted.
Loss or Damage. The hirer is responsible for all loss or
damage to equipment and for any public liability. The
hirer is advised to insure against such risks.
Liability. FCW will not accept liability for loss damage or
injury where equipment is incorrectly or not safely used,
assembled or dissembled.
Collection and Return. All equipment is to be collected
and returned to our premises during working that are
Monday to Friday 0800-1800, Saturday 0900-1200

changes or conditions without giving prior notice.
